You're in desperate need of better enchants and to get rid of the last blue gem in your gear. Since we do raid mondays it is crucial you show up for all days ( or be able to regardless). Also your core gear could be easily upgraded using badges; especially with the new 5m Heroics and TOC.

1) How did you hear about Chaos and why are you interested in joining? I posted an advertisement in Trade stating that I was looking for a guild, and I got messaged by Jayce. I checked around and this seems to look like a great guild. I really want to down the Lich King with a group of people that aren't pugged. I haven't really progressed with a guild since Vanilla WoW so I am happy to be getting back into it.
2) Have you belonged to another WoW guild? If so, which one and why did you leave? This will be verified. I have been in many guilds. At the start of WoTLK I was with a guild called Vigilance, but it fell apart because the MT left. Then I joined a Leveling Guild (Even though I was 80) called Violet Dragonwing. I left because I was being begged for runs way to much. I then joined Elusive, but left because of bad raid times. I then joined Grim and raided with them for a while, they were really great people but I didn't like their raid style, at one point someone left us sitting there for 20 minutes while he ate. Those were my main guilds. (I was in Vigilance on my old main who is called Kitsuji, I have still have him, destro lock, so if he is ever needed in a raid hes there)
3) What raid experience do you have? EoE 10/25 Os 10/25 Naxx 10/25 ToC10/25 ToGC10 Uld 10/25 up to Keepers ( I took a break around the time Ulduar was released.) Also, I have a lot of experience with all the 60/70 raids, probably doesn't matter but might as well say it.
4) If an Officer views you are lacking performance, he/she WILL be giving you suggestions. Will you take offense to this? Of course not, its a game, and like any other game, you always want to be the best you can be. In fact, I would like having advice from a superior.
5) We have a raid attendance policy of 75% raid attendance. Since you are applying to a RAIDING GUILD, we expect this to be easy for you. If you can't make 3-4 nights a week, you are NOT a raider. Can you make this requirement? I cannot make Mondays, very busy day for me. Tuesdays I can get on around 7:00pm - 10:00pm Wednesdays I can be on anytime past 4:30pm-10:00pm Thursdays I can be on anytime past 4:30pm-10:00pm Fridays is a good day for me, anytime that is needed past about 4:10pm is alright. Saturdays I can be on anytime past 1pm. Sundays I can be on anytime from 9am. (Yes I know my schedule is not great, if thats a problem please let me know and I might be able to make some tweaks.)
6) Our raid invites will start at 6:00pm server time and the raid will end at 9:30pm server time Mon through Thurs. (could go a bit longer based on the situation). Are these times going to work for you? Mondays, no. Tuesdays, I would be a bit late, but on for as much time as needed. Every other day its fine. I can only extend past 10:00 on days such as Friday, Saturday, Sunday. (School)
7) Please list any other sets of gear you might have. I have a crappy tank set, and a crappy DPS set also. But it wouldn't work out in a higher end raid. I do have my lock if he is ever needed in a raid.
8) We require forum use, not a lot, but we expect you to check them regularly. We use them frequently in the organization of this guild. Will this be a problem? Not at all.
9) Do you enjoy PvE, PvP, or both? I prefer PVE, but I PvP when I am bored.
10) What other MMO's have you played? I started out with Runescape, then moved on to Maplestory. After that I pretty much just played all out WoW.
11) Any other favorite games? (Any game, any system) The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion for Xbox 360. Amazing game =)
12) How do you prepare for a boss encounter you've never faced before? I would watch some Tankspot/Youtube videos first, and google it if needed. I would also make sure I had everything important (Like consumables)
13) What UI/mods do you use when raiding? Before 3.3, I used: Bartender, Xperl, Healbot (For group healing) and DBM (Of course =P)
14) Do you know anyone currently in the guild? Not to my knowledge. I know a lot of people on Hyjal , but no one I can think of.
